Unraveling Your Roots: An Introduction to Genealogy
March 6, 2024 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join us for an introductory class on genealogy and the kinship Family Heritage Research Center led by two local genealogy experts!
In the Miller House parlor, Carol Miller-Schultz will offer an introduction to genealogy research and resources, including her favorite genealogy resources.
In kinship, staff genealogist Jean Conte will offer a tour of kinship, its resources, and our archives, along with her genealogy services. This will be followed by questions and workshop time in kinship.
Guests will rotate between the two stations, each 45 mintues, and the event will feature light light hors d’oeuvres with cookies, coffee, and iced tea. This event makes an excellent precurser to our Washington County Roots fundraiser on April 20!
