Pinot & Plants: Wineglass Wonderlands

Join us for a night full of friends, fun, and crafting (and a little wine!) Learn how to turn an ordinary wine glass into a wooded wonderland terrarium! We'll provide everything you need to get started: The planters, soil, plants, decorative stone, moss, and your choice of fairy garden, spring, and summer-themed decorations, as well as instructions on how to put everything together. Come out and enjoy a summer night in the Miller House Museum Gardens! Wine and beer will be available for purchase at the venue, and your ticket includes your first drink! Create a Rain Stick

Make your own rain stick to take home with you! This traditional Latin American instrument sounds like falling rain, and was played by cultures like the Inca and the Mapuche to help bring rain. Learn more about the history of rain sticks as you make your own, and take them out into the Miller House Gardens to invent your own rain dance!Details

Blues Fest Kickoff Party with Stack O’Blues

Kick off your 2018 Blues Fest weekend with a rockin' garden party at the Miller House Museum! Enjoy live music from Pete Lancaster and Stack O' Blues, a delicious BBQ dinner, and two complimentary drinks! Farm to Table Dinner

Explore Maryland's rich culinary heritage at our one of a kind farm to table dinners! Each unique dinner sources its ingredients from some of the area's premiere farms, bakeries, and dairies, crafted by expert local chef Thomas O'Hara. Each course is paired with some of the best beverages on offer from Maryland's wineries and breweries. Enjoy your meal in the intimate setting of the beautiful Miller House Gardens as we pair local history and local dining for the summer's finest dining experience. Each of our farm to table dinners offers several courses: a sharable appetizer platter, a light first entree or salad, a main entree, and dessert. The courses are paired with your choice of local wine or beer. We work to provide alternatives for those with food allergies and sensitivities, so please notify the staff of any food requirements at the time when you purchase your tickets. We'll have a great mini-display of the highlights of our beaded jewelry collection, and all of the supplies needed for you to make your own necklaces and bracelets! Supplies will be available for both big and little hands, but children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.Details

Movies at the Museum: Sea Hawk

Join us at the Miller House for a good, old-fashioned movie night! We'll provide the movie and the popcorn, so come get cozy in our parlors and enjoy a night at the museum! Water, sodas, and additional snacks will be available for a small fee. Please note that some of the movies shown may not be appropriate for younger audiences!
