Quench your thirst for knowledge with the Washington County Historical Society! The Golden Age of Radio refers to the period of radio programming in the United States lasting from the proliferation of radio broadcasting in the early 1920s until the 1950s. On Friday, May 13th, join us in welcoming Dr. Bob Savitt for an exploration into the golden age of radio, featuring a history of some of Washington County’s most popular broadcasting services.
